Qualifications and Requirements.
• Trainers with experience in delivering agricultural engineering or mechanical engineering training courses.
• Should have proven experience of 3+ years in conducting similar training courses.
• Should be proficient in English and Somali. Proficiency in any other language is an added advantage.
• The candidate should have good report writing skills and demonstrate good communications

skills.
• The candidate should be willing to travel with the trainees to the rural farms and fields for practical training sessions.
